Location Data
To provide the weather forecasting features on your dashboard, the App requires access to your device's approximate location.
- Purpose: We use your approximate location strictly to fetch real-time weather updates for your general area.
- Processing: This data is processed dynamically and sent directly to our third-party weather data provider (Open-Meteo).
- Storage: We do not track your location in the background, nor do we store or share your historical location history.
2. Third-Party Services and SDKs
To provide specific functionalities and support app sustainability through advertisements, BigButton Dial™ utilizes trusted third-party software development kits (SDKs). These external providers may collect information used to identify your device.

3. Device Permissions Required
To function effectively as an accessibility dialer and launcher, the App may request the following system permissions:
- Location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required to retrieve local weather data. This grants the app an approximate idea of your location (such as city or neighborhood) to populate the weather widget without tracking your precise pinpoint coordinates.
- Telephony / Phone (CALL_PHONE): Required to allow the user to initiate direct phone calls via the large button interface.
4. Log Data and Error Reporting
In the event of an error or crash inside the App, code logs and diagnostic data may be automatically collected via Google Play Console reporting tools. This "Log Data" may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the service, and the time and date of your use. This data is entirely anonymized and is used solely to fix bugs and improve app performance.
5. Children's Privacy
BigButton Dial™ is explicitly designed for seniors and general accessibility purposes. It does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our local configurations.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. 7. Data Control & Deletion
Because BigButton Dial™ does not use user accounts or store personal data on external servers, there is no user data for us to delete.
For data automatically handled by third-party services (like Google AdMob), users can control or delete their advertising data directly through their Android device settings by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID.
